Intro to Digital Photography: Taking Good Pictures and Digital Photo Editing
Warm weather is fading fast, and so is our opportunity to take pictures outside! Below is a presentation offering tips for better picture taking. We will be using these pics to learn about editing photographs in Photoshop.

Assignment 10/2/17: Best Picture/Least Successful Picture
Look through the pictures you took on Friday. Pick your most successful and least successful photographs. Post those two pictures on weebly. For your most successful picture, answer the following questions; why is this picture successful (good)? What composition technique does it most closely use? For your least successful picture, tell me why its not "good," and how the picture could be improved.

You will choose three of your own pictures to edit in Photoshop.

2. Use a text element to write about the tools you used in each picture AND how that tool was used to edit the picture AND/OR how that tool affected the photograph. 3. Two of the images you are editing to create an OPTIMAL picture- sharpness, full tonal range, etc, using the tools listed below. You need to use ALL the tools listed below between the two images (not all the tools on one image):
